How does lPL work on acne treatment?

This treatment we use the 420nm-1200nm filter.

The special spectrum of lPL penetrates the skin and absorbed by porphyrin

Then stimulates porphyrin to release monomorphism oxyanion which kills

Propionibacterium acne effectively.
